Research and experimentation: at the service of the cider industry
The IFPC, a technical institute for the cider sector, implements research and innovation programmes for professionals in the sector, from production to processing, with the aim of competitiveness and sustainable development. It has the status of CTI (Industrial Technical Centre) and has obtained the double qualification of Agricultural Technical Institute (ITA) and Agro-Industrial Technical Institute (ITAI). Fifteen collaborators, based at two stations, thus contribute to the Institute's missions, which include the development of reliable technical references, the development of innovations and the coordination of the network of partners on the implementation of joint R&D programmes.
IFPC is the applied research institute working for the French cider sector. It implements research and innovation programmes for the benefit of the enterprises of the sector, from agricultural production to processing, with the objective of enhancing competitiveness and sustainable development. It is recognised for its excellence through the official qualification of Agricultural Technical Institute (ITA) and Agro-industrial Technical Institute (ITAI).
