The Acta animates the network of technical agricultural institutes (ITA). A real space for expression between the institutes and the scientific, technical, political and economic worlds, Acta contributes to the production of original concepts, the emergence of innovations and their transfer.
In 2019, Acta initiated a joint reflection with the aim of proposing the terms of the future contract of objectives and performance between the network of technical agricultural institutes and the Ministry of Agriculture and Food for the period 2021-2027. In order to be more in line with emerging themes, Acta has set up a new organisation with a Technical and Digital Scientific Directorate, structured around five poles:
- Digital agriculture & data science
- Agroecology, Systems & Sustainability
- Impact & open innovation
- Integrated Crop Protection - One Health
- Soil & Fertility
